Admission Process to CPS

 

The Lower age limit for admission to the school is 3.5+ for class LKG on Ist April of  the year of joining the school and computed accordingly. Parents/ Guardians must accompany the students seeking admission to the school.

  • You will need to purchase the Prospectus for session 2021-22 from the School office . The Prospectus cost is Rs. 1000.00, those students taking admission in the School will get the amount of Prospectus paid earlier will be adjusted in Registration charges. Upon production of Original Receipt of the School.
  • Duly filled up Registration Form should be submitted in the School Office.
  • Once the Registration Form is deposited the School will let you know about the date of Interview and Aptitude test either immediately or telephonically. Whatever case may be.
  • After the Interview or Aptitude test, students will be intimated about the class which he/she is admitted.
  • After the clearance of the admission the parents will have to deposit the fee and other miscellaneous charges immediately to the School Office failing which the admission will be given to the next Candidate.
  • At the admission time the following documents are required:
    1. Two Xerox copies of student’s passport with Indian Residence Visa (For Overseas students) and the original to be handed over in the School Office when the child reports for the academic session. The same shall be made available when the child goes for vacation.
    2. Original or one Xerox copy of Transfer Certificate from the Previous School.
    3. Eight recent Passport Size coloured Photographs of Student.
    4. Recent Passport Size photograph of parents and local guardians to be placed properly on the admission form as may be indicated.
    5. Latest Progress report card of the previous school attended.
    6. The Academy may ask for medical fitness certificate in certain cases.
    7. Caste Certificate For SC/ST/OBC
    8. One Xerox copy of Parent’s Address proof
    9. Parents Income Certificate. (Either form No. 16 or Copy of ITR )
